KABUL (Pajhwok): Unidentified gunmen have killed seven members of a family and injured two, including women and children, in the Paghman district of Kabul, an official said on Thursday.
Police Spokesman Khalid Zadran told Pajhwok Afghan News unidentified gunmen sprayed bullets on a fielder-type vehicle on Wednesday night in the Dil Nazrak village that last night.
He said seven people from one family were killed and two of the same family were injured in the shooting.
According to Zadran the incident is under investigation and no arrest has been made so far.
He said the reason behind the incident was not yet ascertained but local people believed personal enmity could have been the motive behind the carnage.
