3-day polio vaccination drive launched in Badghis

QALA-I-NAW (Pajhwok): A three-day polio vaccination drive kicked off in northwestern Badghis province on Sunday, an official said.

Public Health Director Mawlavi Ghulam Rasoul Sarwari told Pajhwok Afghan News 213,000 children under the age of five will be vaccinated in this drive.

The 3-day campaign will be implemented door to door to vaccinate children against polio in Qala-i-Naw and all districts.
