Sar-i-Pul woman arrested for killing drug addict spouse

SAR-I-PUL CITY (Pajhwok): Police have arrested a woman over allegedly killing her drug addicted husband in northern Sar-i-pul province, an official said on Monday.

Police spokesperson Din Muhammad said a drug addicted man was killed by his wife in Awqaaf village of Saancharak district.

He said police had arrested the woman.

“Our investigation shows the murder resulted from family problems and the victim was a drug addict”.
