KABUL (Pajhwok): Kabul Municipality has buried 144bodies of unknown individuals including some of the addicts recovered during the cleanliness operation of Pul-i-Sokhta in capital Kabul, according to a statement on Sunday.
The statement said, 33 of the bodies were buried on Saturday in Mosahi district of Kabul after offering the Janaza prayer on them.
Without issuing further details the statement said the burial order was issued by the Culture Department of the Municipality of Kabul after approval by the forensic officials.
The officials of the municipality of Kabul are currently working in a plan to find some suitable locations in all four zonal centers of the city for the graveyards.
The source further said, the municipality of Kabul intends to provide more facilities to its residents of this city such as locations for graveyards, morgue, bathroom, Janaza prayer place, footpath, parking, green area and water supply spots.
