Nearly 130m girls out of school globally: Guterres

KABUL (Pajhwok): UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres says nearly 130 million girls are out of school globally and more than half live in crisis-affected countries.

Guterres wrote in its twitter handle: “Nearly 130 million girls are out of school globally – putting them at a risk of early marriage, violence & exploitation. Investing in girls, their education & human rights, is investing in our future.”

He said more than half of the crisis-affected countries.
