MoICA introduces criteria for You Tubers

KABUL (Pajhwok): The Ministry of Information and Cultural Affairs (MoICA) has introduced criteria  for You Tubers to ensure compliance with Islamic and national values.

Deputy Information Minister Hayatullah Muhajir Farahi in a video message said the ministry monitored the activities of you tubers and introduced guidelines to avoid irregularities in this field.

He said You Tubers should be registered with the MoICA, should have education and experience in the field of journalism. Individuals who could not meet the ministry’s criteria would not be allowed to perform.

He said You Tubers should consider Islamic, national values and local culture during their activities.
