LAHKARGAH (Pajhwok): Work on the construction of a temporary camp for repatriated Afghans in the Bahramchi district of southern Helmand province has kicked off, an official said on Tuesday.
Mawlavi Mohammad Qasim Riyadh, deputy head of the Information and Cultural Affairs Department, said the construction of a temporary camp for repatriated refugees in the Bahramchi district of Helmand kicked off.
He said the camp is being built two kilomtres from the district centre and will have the capacity to take 300 families.
All facilities, including food and medicines would be provided for the refugees in this camp, he added.
