Public Works Ministry signed welfare constracts
KABUL, Jul 22, 2013: Deputy at the Public Works Ministry Mohmmad Akbar Barakzai exchanges contract documents of a Welfare project with representative of a private company in Kabul.
The Ministry has singed 9 Welfare projects with representatives of private companies in Kabul. The projects costing about 258 million afghanis, an official said.
