Afghanistan, Guatemala meet in CFC match today

KABUL (Pajhwok): Afghanistan and Guatemala are all set to square off in their first match at the Continental Futsal Championship (CFC) today in Thailand.

The match will commence at 2:00pm Afghanistan time at the Nonthaburi Provincial Stadium, the Afghanistan Football Federation (AFF) said.

The tournament started on 31 August and will continue until 6 September.

Afghanistan, New Zealand, Kuwait, Guatemala and hosts Thailand are participating in the event.

All matches will be played at the Nonthaburi Provincial Stadium.

All the expenses of the national squad were being paid by AFF, the federation added.
