SHIBERGHAN (Pajhwok): All decrees of the leader of the Islamic Emirate of Afghanistan (IEA) must be implemented without delay and in case of negligence by the government departments, legal action will be taken against the officials, an official said on Tuesday.
Mawlavi Mohammad Hassan Hashmai, deputy head of Inspection of the General Directorate of Supervision and Prosecution of Orders and Decrees said this during his trip to northern Jawzjan province.
The Directorates of Prosecution of Decrees in the provinces of the country are responsible for monitoring and investigating the government departments for the implementation of the decrees, and in case of non-implementation of the decrees of Amirul Momineen, the officials of that department will be dealt with seriously.
Governor Qari Gul Haidar Shfaq, said in the past regime there was no obedience of orders and appointments made by the central government were denied.
Praising the coordination and obedience in the IEA government he said it was unprecedented and did not existed in any part of the world.
