KABUL (Pajhwok): Fourteen people have been arrested on drugs smuggling and murder charges in western Herat and Kabul provinces, police said on Tuesday.
On X, Kabul police headquarters wrote counter-narcotics department had detained 13 people in connection with smuggling and selling tablet K, Zikap and alcohol in third police district of Kabul city during the past one week.
On the other hand, Herat police spokesman Ghulam Nabi Nabizada said a person has been arrested for murdering another person.
This arrested suspect had killed a man in Oba district of Herat province and remained on the run for many years until he was detained by security forces on Monday.
