KABUL (Pajhwok): The Special Court for Handling Usurped Land Cases has proved approximately 23,798 Jeribs of land in the Senatorium area of sixth Municipality District of Kabul City as Emirat property, an official said on Monday.
Qari Barakatullah Rasouli, spokesperson for the The Ministry of Justice (MoJ), on his x.com wrote this land has been confirmed as Emira property by a Special Court for Handling Cases of Usurped Lands.
He added that the land was registered in cadastral plot No. 56 as Emirati property and was confirmed as Emirati after the technical committee for the determination and identification of usurped lands in Kabul province examined it.
Rasouli said a number of the landowners claimed that the land was private, and for this reason, the Commission for the Prevention of Land Usurpation referred the matter to the Special Court for Handling Cases of Usurped Emirati Lands for a Sharia decision, based on Resolution No. 22 of the Commission.
He said, after carefully examining the documents, real estate offices, and obtaining information from relevant departments about the documents presented by the occupants, the court determined that these documents were forged and forged, and ruled that the land in question belonged to the emirate.
Rasouli noted that preventing the usurpation of Emirati lands and returning usurped lands is one of the fundamental goals of the Islamic Emirate
It is pertinent to mention that the Commission for the Prevention of Land Usurpation has four dedicated courts to investigate emirate lands in the four zones of the country, as well as a technical committee in each province to identify and establish usurped lands.
