CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): Police in central Parwan province have arrested an alleged blackmailer who threatened a family about the release of its private photographs and demanded 100,000 afs.
In a statement, police said that blackmailer had been arrested while receiving the amount and the case would be referred to relevant authorities.
Parwan resident Javid Mohammadi hailed police action.
