Afg vs Zim first test begins on Thursday

KABUL (Pajhwok): The first test of the two match series between Afghanistan and Zimbabwe will start tomorrow (Thursday), a statement from the Afghanistan Cricket Board (ACB) said on Wednesday.

The test match will start at 12:30 pm Afghanistan time and is played in Bulawayo’s Queen’s Sports Club.

On December 17th, the ACB announced test squad led by Hashmatullah Shahaidi for the two tests series against the host side.

But ACB said that Allah Mohammad Ghazanfar who was not part of the test squad had been added to the side for the test series.

Rashid Khan would miss the first test as he department for Europe for an official trip.

It is pertinent to mention that the second test match against Zimbawe will start on January 2nd.
