PUL-I-KHUMRI (Pajhwok): At least two people have been killed and three others wounded as a result of a traffic accident in northern Baghlan province, an official said on Tuesday.
Police spokesman Maulvi Sher Ahmad Burhani told Pajhwok Afghan News a car collided with a rickshaw in the Godano village of Baghlan-i-Markazi district on Monday.
He said two people, including a woman, lost their lives and three others, including a child, were injured in the collision.
He added the casualties were transferred to the district hospital by security forces.
Earlier in the week, seven people had been killed and wounded after a car flipped over in Khanjan district of the same province.
