Central bank to auction $15m tomorrow

KABUL (Pajhwok): In an effort to stabilise the afghani, Da Afghanistan Bank (DAB) is set to auction $15 million tomorrow (Wednesday).

In a post on X, the central bank invited eligible commercial entities and moneychangers to participate in the auction.

According to the central bank, winners of the tender are required to settle their accounts until the end of the day.

Partial transactions are not permissible and the winner was required to deposit the amount in cash.
