<p style="text-align: justify;">FAIZABAD (Pajhwok): At least 15 people, including women and children, have been killed and three others injured in a traffic accident in northeastern Badakhshan province, an official said on Sunday.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">Police spokesman Ehsanullah Kamgar told Pajhwok Afghan News that the accident occurred when a van veered off the road and overturned in the Sandara area of Arghanjkhwa district on Saturday.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">He said 15 people, including six children and five women, were killed, and three others were injured in the accident.</p>
<p style="text-align: justify;">The injured were evacuated to the provincial hospital, where they are reported to be in stable condition.</p>
