KANDAHAR CITY (Pajhwok): Taliban, an indigenous method of irrigation, system using landmines in Khorabak district of southern Kandahar province on Saturday.
Khorabak district chief Abdul Nafey Barish told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident took place in Panj Pai area at around 4am today.
He said the water tunnel was the only irrigation facility in the district and irrigated hundreds of acres of fields and gardens.
