<p>JALALABAD (Pajhwok): The Special Forces 333 Unit has rescued little cricketer Ahmad Qureshi in eastern Nangarhar province, an official said on Tuesday.</p>
<p>Qureshi was kidnapped by unknown individuals few days back when he was heading home from a cricket practice session.</p>
<p>Attaullah Khogyani, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the Special Forces conducted a search operation in Behsud district on Monday.</p>
<p>The security personnel rescued Qureshi from his kidnappers and reunited him with his family. The operation was led by Deputy Minister Gen. Khoshal Sadat.</p>
<p>Social media users praised the security forces for releasing the cricketer and urged the release of information about the kidnappers.</p>
