PESHAWAR (Pajhwok): National Assembly Speaker Asad Qaiser says the new visa policy would benefit visiting Afghans, particularly students, businesspeople, investors and patients.
Liberal in its scope and application, the visa policy for Afghanistan’s reconciliation chief Dr. Abdullah.
In a statement on Sunday, the speaker said various aspects of the visa like the duration of stay, validity and the number of entries had substantially been liberalised.
The move would especially facilitate visiting Afghan brothers and sisters, students, businessmen, investors and patients, Qaiser explained.
Pakistani missions in Afghanistan would now be able to grant visit visas for a year with multiple entries and business visas for five years, which will be extendable in Pakistan.
