KABUL Foreign Minister Shah Mahmood Qureshi has reaffirmed Pakistan’s desire to further strength the close fraternal relations between the two countries, according to a statement on Monday.
He said this during a meeting with Gulbuddin Hikmatyar, head of the Hizb-e-Islami Afghanistan (HIA) in Islamabad, a statement from Pakistan Foreign Ministry said.
