SAR-I-PUL (Pajhwok): Acting Energy and Water Minister Mualvi Abdul Latif Mansour, who visited northern Sar-i-Pul province on Saturday, said the Sultan Ibrahim Dam would be constructed at a cost of $200 million in near future after technical surveys.
