FARAH CITY (Pajhwok): Three people have been killed during Tarawih congregation in the Pashtunkot district of western Farah province by unknown gunmen, an official said on Friday.
Police Chief Mawlavi Abdul Zahir Khadem confirmed the incident and told Pajhwok Afghan News it happened in the Kotwali village on Thursday night.
He said the slain individuals were civilians.
He said security personnel had reached the area and more detail about the incident would be shared at later stage.
