Kabul (PAN): Abdul Hakeem a 17 year-old boy has set himself on fire due poverty in Taloqan district of northern Takhar province, officials said.
The boy has been rushed to hospital, Officials said the boy had serious burns over 90% of his body and described his condition as serious.
