Achieving peace on prophet Mohammad (PBUH) directions the best way: President

 KABUL (Pajhwok): President Mohammad Ashraf Ghani on Saturday said that achieving peace in line with the directions of prophet Mohammad (PBUH) was the best way and added everyone from the past 10 years striving for peace.

The president was addressing a gathering that marked the birth of the prophet Mohammad (PBUH) and congratulated the birth of the prophet to the entire Islamic world and prayed for the soul of the prophet.

The gathering organized in the Salam Khani Palace here inaugurated the construction work of 377 mosques in some districts and cities of the country.

“Today we mark the birth of a personality, about whom thousands of pieces had been written and until this world exist more will be written,” the president said.

He added achieving peace under the direction and guidelines of prophet was the best way. “Peace is our joint goal for which we are striving from the past ten years. We don’t have another option to achieve peace apart from referring to the directions and guidelines for the prophet because he promoted brotherhood and the holy Quran from animosity and biasness ,” he said.

The president stated: “We can reach durable peace when we are committed to peace in the form of equality among Afghans, having the right of choosing our future and right to vote, having three pillars of power and allowing the people to share their views than we can ensure justice.”

When we stressed over democratic government, in fact, we stress over justice and the best example of justice is the study of the life of the prophet (PBUH).

The president said that It is vital to create jobs and remove dependency on others for stability in society and ensure honorable life to the people.
