<p>KHOST CITY (Pajhwok): Three people, including two traffic police officials, were wounded in an explosion in the capital of southeastern Khost province on Wednesday.</p>
<p>Provincial police spokesman Adil Haider told Pajhwok Afghan News the blast occurred on the southern outskirt if Khost City at about 11:30am.</p>
<p>The incident near Mujahid Square left two traffic police officials and a civilian wounded, the police spokesman added. There was no immediate claim of responsibility.</p>
