A million individuals recover globally from Coivd-19

<p><a href="/en/afganistan/kabul" class="glossify-link">KABUL</a> has reached 230,000 while one million people have recovered from the pandemic so far, news reports say.</p>

<p>Data from the Johns Hopkins University in the United States indicate one million people across the world have recovered from the pandemic and returned to normal life.</p>

<p>Media reports say one 1.6 million individuals have contracted the virus in the US, where more than 61,000 have been killed as of Thursday morning.</p>

<p>Spain, Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom and Turkey have also seen high numbers of infections and fatalities from the virus.</p>

<p>Also on Thursday, the Ministry of Public <a href="https://www.pajhwok.com/en/health"><strong>Health</strong></a> (MoPH) in Kabul said 232 new COVID-19 cases had been registered in <a href="https://www.pajhwok.com/en/afghanistan"><strong>Afghanistan</strong></a>, taking the nation’s tally to 2,171.</p>
