<p><a href="/en/afganistan/kabul" class="glossify-link">KABUL</a> (Pajhwok): The Independent Administrative Reform and Civil Service Commission (IARSC) on Saturday said acting officials holding first and second grade posts “is a challenge and would be settled in six months.</p>
<p>The reform commission on its Facebook page wrote: “The continuation of work on first and second grade has become a huge problem.”</p>
<p>With guidance from the president, the Board of Commissioners examined the presence of acting supervisors and decided to end the supervision in next six months.</p>
<p>“In compliance with the presidential order, the Board of Commissioner evaluated the presence of acting officials on grade one and second and decided that this problem shall be resolved in six months,” the commission said.</p>
<p>It said at least 400 first and second grade government positions were still occupied by acting officials.</p>
