Maulvi Rahmatullah appointed as new NSC spokesperson

KABUL Rahmatullah Andar has been appointed as spokesperson of the National Security Council (NSC) while Javed Faisal became NSC advisor in compliance to two separate presidential decrees, a statement said on Friday.

Maulvi Rahmatullah got his master degree in Arabic and Religious Studies and has strong command on Pashto, Arabic, Dari and English languages.

Earlier he serves as teacher and advisor to NSC and Ministry of Information and Cultural Affairs.

New NSC advisor Javed Faisal served as spokesperson of the same institution an scan speak Pashto, Dari and English languages. He has master degree qualification.
