KABUL (Pajhwok): The Supreme Court on Monday in a statement said that a special court has been created to deal with narcotics related issues.
The statement, received by Pajhwok Afghan News, said that Maulvi Khan Mohammad has been appointed as judge of the special court.
Mufti Abdullah Tayeb has been appointed as Mufti and Maulvi Ulfat as clerk in the tribunal, the source added.
On the other hand, the statement announced formation of a military court in Herat province and said that Mulavi Ahmad has been appointed as the chief judge for the court’s Herat Zone, and Maulvi Raz Mohammad and MulaviObaidullah as judges in the court.
Sheikh MaulviMaazullah and Maulvi Saifullah have also been appointed muftis in the military court of Herat Zone.
