Deputy Prime Minister Abdul Salam Hanafi met IHH Humanitarian Foundation Director Bülent Yıldırım, the Presidential Palace tweeted.
The head of the Turkish NGO said they would build in Ghazni an orphanage that would train 20,000 orphans, the palace said.
