KABUL(Pajhwok): Ariana Afghan Airlines on Friday resumed flights to New Delhi after suspending them in August last year due to the regime change.
Quoting a statement of the state run airline, Bakhtar News Agency reported the first scheduled flight took place today (Friday) from Kabul to New Delhi.
In its press release, Ariana Airlines said: “We are proud to start flights to New Delhi again after a long period.”
The Ariana Airlines suspended its flights to New Delhi after the regime change in August last year.
India has not yet said anything about the resumption of Ariana Airlines flights to the country.
