KABUL (Pajhwok): Two vintage aircraft have collided and crashed during an airshow in the United States on Saturday, media reports say.
A Boeing B-17 Flying Fortress and a Bell P-63 Kingcobra collided and crashed at the Wings Over Dallas airshow around 1:20pm, the Federal Aviation Administration said.
Authorities responded to the incident at Dallas Executive Airport, Jason Evans with Dallas Fire-Rescue told CNN.
The number of casualties from the crash was still not confirmed as of Saturday afternoon, said Dallas Mayor Eric Johnson.
However, the Allied Pilots Association, the labour union representing American Airlines pilots, said two retirees and former union members were among the fatalities.
