16 crime suspects detained last week in Parwan

CHARIKAR (Pajhwok): Sixteen people, including three women, have been arrested on charges of various crimes last week in central Parwan province.

In a statement, police said these people had been detained in Charikar City, the provincial capital, and different districts in the past one week.

Among these suspects, five of them detained on charges of murder, four on smuggling, one on robbery and six others on moral corruption, it added.

The detainees would be referred to judicial organs for interrogation, the police concluded.
