Samangan man arrested for alleged rape

AIBAK (Pajhwok): A 30-year-old man has been arrested for allegedly raping a woman in Khulom district of northern Samangan province, police said on Tuesday.

Police spokesman Hashmatullah Rahmani told Pajhwok Afghan News the accused allegedly broke into a house, rapped a woman and then fled.

The suspect has been arrested for investigation.
