3 killed, 2 injured as Farah families clash

FARAH (Pajhwok:): Three people were killed and two others were injured after two families clashed over an unknown reason in Purchman district of western Farah province, the provincial Information and Culture department said Wednesday.

A press release from the department said the two families clashed yesterday in Bashang village.

Three people, including a woman and a child, were killed and two others were injured in the conflict.

All the accused have fled, but efforts are underway to arrest them, the statement said, without revealing the cause of the clash.
