MAHMOOD RAQI (Pajhwok): One person was killed and two others were injured during a clash over the division of family land in central Kapisa province, an official said on Tuesday.
Police spokesman Abdul Fatah Faiz told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident occurred as a result of a fight between two members of a family over the division of inherited land in Shokhi area of the provincial capital at 8:30pm on Monday.
He said the two injured people were also members of the same family and that the shooting was carried out with a hunting gun.
The suspect fled from the area, but security forces have launched a search to arrest him. The injured have been evacuated to hospital.
