FEROZKOH (Pajhwok): At least eight people have been injured in a traffic accident in western Ghor province, police official said on Tuesday.
In a statement, Police headquarter said the accident took place after a van veered off the road and overturned on Ghor-Herat highway in Salah Khana Kotal area.
It said the injured were evacuated to Dar-e-Takht Health Center by security forces for medical treatment.
Police attributed the accident to poor road conditions and recklessness driving.
