4 children of a family killed in Kandahar blast

 KANDAHAR CITY (PAN-planted bomb exploded in southern Kandahar province on Tuesday, an official said.

The explosion took place in the Raski area of Maroof district, where the children were playing, Javed Faisal, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News.

He said when the children were playing with the bomb that they mistook for a toy. He blamed the Taliban for planting the explosive device in the village.
