4 policemen wounded in roadside blast

QALA-I-NAW (PAN): Four policemen were wounded when their vehicle struck a roadside bomb in Muqur district of northwestern Badghis province, an official said on Wednesday.

The incident happened late on Tuesday in Khak Pulak area of the district, Badghis police chief, Col. Mohammad Jabbar, told Pajhwok Afghan News.

The police vehicle was slightly damaged. Victims were taken to a Herat hospital and a health facility of the International Security Assistance Force in Bala Murghab district.
