GHAZNI CITY (PAN): Thirteen civilians, including a woman and a child, were wounded in a powerful explosion in the southern province of Ghazni, an official said on Sunday.
The injured were taken to the Ghazni Civil Hospital, the hospital director, Ismail Ibrahimzai, told Pajhwok Afghan News. Their injuries were not life-threatening, he said.
Police chief, Col. Zarawar Zahid, confirmed the bombing that took place in front of the Agriculture Department in Ghazni City.
But witness Shah Mahmud said the bomb was tied to a bicycle parked near the police headquarters.
