Kidnapers head detained (Video)

Heart (PAN): A head of kidnappers detained in Heart province during an operation by Afghan security forces, official said on Wednesday.

Sharif Ahmad, a head of kidnappers, was arrested along with his colleague Ehsanullah who had kidnaped a child in Herat, Said Agha Saqeb the security commander for Heart province said. PAJHWOK/ Mawladad Yaqobi
