Control of 12 districts to transfer in Herat (Video)

HERAT CITY (PAN): Security control of 12 districts of western Herat province will be transferred from foreign troops to Afghanistan National Security Forces (ANSF) soon, Spokesperson of Herat Governor Mahyuddin Noor told media.
