23 freed from Nangarhar prison (Video)

JALALABAD CITY (PAN): Twenty-three people were released from the main jail in eastern Nanagarhar province on Sunday, an official said.  

Nangarhar Prisons Director Abdul Wali Hesarak said 23 men including one woman and one child were released based on a presidential decree issued on the occasion of Eidul Adha.

He told Pajhwok Afghan News that they will release some other prisoners who has no serious crimes in their next decision tomorrow and the day after.
