The militant, Abdul Rahman Yamani, was killed on Saturday night when an unmanned aircraft targeted his vehicle in Warsak area of South Waziristan, a local administrative official, Shahid Ali told reporters.
However, a local journalist Zafar Wazeer told Pajhwok Afghan News that Yamani’ s body was burnt beyond recognition.
Meanwhile, sources said four people were killed and several others wounded in the same air attack.
