KUNDUZ CITY (PAN): A powerful bomb explosion rocked Kunduz City, the capital of northern Kunduz province, on Sunday, but no casualties were reported, an official said.
The remotely-controlled blast occurred around 9am in the 1st police district of the city, police spokesman Syed Sarwar Hussaini told Pajhwok Afghan News.
He said the explosive had been hidden in a garbage dump. Police had launched an investigation into the incident, but the target remained unknown.
