KHOST CITY (PAN): Costing 29 million afghanis, five newly-constructed buildings for government entities were inaugurated in southeastern Khost province on Monday, an official said.
Previously run at rented buildings, the new structures for information and cultural, mines, commerce, census, postal and communications directorates would help streamline and strenghen their activities, hoped Governor Abduljabar Naimi, who inaugurated the buildings.
He said the buildings had all related facilities and had been constructed on modern pattern in order to improve the efficiency of the departments concerned.
