WASHINGTON (PAN James Dobbins is making his first overseas trip to Berlin and Brussels, the State Department said on Monday.
Appointed last week, Dobbins is leading a US delegation to a meeting of the International Contact Group on Afghanistan in Berlin. More than 50 countries and organisations are expected to attend.
Dobbins will also participate in the Daimler US-European Forum on Global Issues from May 16-17. In Brussels, Dobbins will visit senior leaders at NATO Action Service.
