TIRINKOT (PAN): A local policeman turned his gun on colleagues in the Charchino district of central Uruzgan province, killing three, an official said on Saturday.
The incident occurred on Friday following a verbal clash among the Afghan Local Police (ALP) personnel at a checkpoint, the town’s administrative head, Mohammad Ismael, told Pajhwok Afghan News.
The attacker seized three Kalashnikovs and a machine gun from the check post before fleeing away, he added.
