NDS attorney for Kunar killed in bomb attack

ASADABAD (PAN) attorney for eastern Kunar province was killed by a remote-controlled bombing on Tuesday morning, an official said.

Malang, the intelligence service attorney, came under attack in the Andarser area on the outskirts of Asadabad at 8am, the provincial police chief said.

Brig. Gen. Abdul Habib Syedkhel told Pajhwok Afghan News the attorney was initially wounded along with two of his bodyguards. Later, he succumbed to injuries in hospital.
